Good morning my friends! :grouphug:

Ahh, Garrett, spring???? We've got ice outside, I tried hard not to slip on my way to kindergarten and back..don't want to break anything before our big trip!
~Bonnie: Enjoy your trip into the islands!! Have a safe trip!

We found the reason for Rina's sudden fever last week, she got herself a new tooth (molar on the right side)...we found this one by accident, I was wondering why my girl was eating so little, oh well, nothing new there, thought it was just one of those times again, but then she said yesterday noon that her gums hurt...sometimes I ask myself how she manages to throw me for a loop again and again...could've said something sooner, huh? Anyway, mystery solved! :D

I had a mountain of laundy to iron yesterday :puke: oh well, my own fault, could've done the first half sooner. Also got rid of the wrinkles in Rina's dress and added the hooped skirt, it looks even more beautiful now then it did before! Can't wait to see her in her complete outfit! Just hope the bride will appreciate it!

Everyone, have a good start into the week, take care and see ya around!

Morning CW!

not much going on here - it's dreary outside and they are calling for showers - I wish it would either rain or not rain - I hate that "in the middle" type day; keeping busy at work and the boys are busy - school doesn't appear to be going too well for either one of them so I need to turn into "mean" mom for a while and get them back on track! it's supposed to be 70 by the weekend here and sunny so that will be a change - maybe I can get some yard work done (if it dries out enough, my yard is turning into a swamp.

Take care everyone

I vaguely remember getting my molars in Barb, and it did hurt. That's probably the part I remember. Hope Rina feels better soon!

Man, what a BEAUTIFUL day here! Sunny, not a cloud in the sky, and 64 degrees!! I went fishing with some friends all afternoon when I got out of class, and I wore a tee shirt the whole time!! Even popped open a few wine coolers. So awesome. Give me a day like that every day of the year!! :woohoo:

Two classes tomorrow, and then I might have a game to cover. Haven't decided yet, but I do need to get in the groove of spring sports. Having a little hiatus between winter and sping was nice, but back to work! :shakehead:

I'm out, but I'll check in tomorrow.

Aloha :toast:

Haven't seen the sun in a few days. Been home a few days in a row though, that's been nice.

It's another sunny, low 60's day here in Carolina. I love it, but wouldn't complain if it was about 8 degrees warmer. Oh well, beggers can't be choosers

Had a physical science test today, and I hope I'm not tortured like that again for a while. Too many dang word problems when I suck at math, and what's the point of the teacher allowing us to make a cheat card if what's on the test is the opposite of what we put on the card? :shakehead:
Oh well, I have five extra credit points on this one, plus a curve which I'm sure will follow. Maybe it won't be too bad.

Other than that, just got done with an assignment, and now I'm gonna head to Woodruff to run an errand, and then cover a baseball game. I'm caught up with school work at least for a day or two, so maybe I can relax a little bit and read for my online class.

Talk to everyone later.

Aloha :toast:

What a beautiful day we are having in MA. 65 degrees Sunny. Everyone is so happy. The beer at lunch today helped with that too LOL!. We have green beer and lunch every St Patty's Day.

Is anyone else sooooo tired this week? HOnestly losing 1 hour sleep could not have messed me up this much!

So who's digging the new KC video? It's a cool video, especially with the earlier footage. I'm surprised he put that in there cause he usually doesn't like to show himself from the earlier years. It makes me like the song more.

Yup! I love the video!! I like the song even better. I hope it's on the new album and not just on the re-release on GH 2.

Other than that, just class today, and I'm tired right now. Gonna get some school work done in a little bit. I have some of the most labor intensive classes this semester Ive ever had.

I'll check in tomorrow. Hope everyone has a great Thursday!

Aloha :toast:

Good morning my friends! :grouphug:

Sorry for not being online for a few days, it's been hectic here with appointments and errants to run each day. I cancelled a doctor's appointment for Rina today, was supposed to get a shot but has a light cough again, so I'll put it off until after we return from the States.

Weather's getting warmer by the day :hehehe: with today being warm plus sunny and temps in the high 50's. Rain is expected for the coming days, but still at least a bit warm with temps in the low-to-mid 50's.

We haven't had our time-change yet, if I'm correct that will occur on March 28th this year. But I'm tired anyway, seems like my body doesn't know what to do with all this bright light outside

Argh, I can't access the new vid on CMT, not available for your region, thank you very much! :jedi: Always the same, should be used to it by now... :( Gotta wait until it's available on youtube...

My mom just called and said she'll come by later to sit outside and have coffee with me, it was six months yesterday that her mother and my beloved grandma passed away, we'll celebrate this wonderful spring day in her memory, she'll be sitting out there with us, enjoying a cup I'm sure.

Anyways, have a good Thursday everyone, enjoy spring as long as it lasts and take care!

hey there - hope you enjoy your cup of coffee; my grandmother passed away this month last year; still seems strange sometimes not to see her on Sundays - we did almost every Sunday for the past 40 years! we talk about her over cups of tea though - she was English and we wouldn't dare talk about her over coffee!

I know your grandmother will be there having a cup with you! She wouldn't miss it for anything!

Just curious about Rina's shot. Does it take a long time to get another Dr appointment? Interesting to see the differences in Healthcare from place to place.

Love the new KC vid! Very cool. You'll like it when it migrates to you tube.I wonder if it's on Kenny's facebook page? I haven't checked.

I'm sorry, Melinda for your loss. But drinking tea and remembering her - that's a very nice way to keep her with you!

I still have the feeling that my grandma is always with me, there's not much of a hole inside me, I feel like she's constantly around me, and in my mind, I talk to her a lot. Maybe I'm a bit crazy, but it feels like she's still around. We all enjoyed our cup of coffee, she loved coffee and treasured it because it was rare and expensive when she was a young woman.
Kay, I can call Rina's doctor anytime during business hours and ask for another appointment, depending on how many kids are sick, it can take a few days or maybe a week. Takes more time though if you need to see a specialist about something. Then it can take months to get an appointment.
I'll take a look on facebook for the vid, but I think they got a link to CMT as well.

Wow, what a crazy day, at least the later part of it!

Every technological gadget that I own went haywire all at once it seemd! My computer went from being slow to now working at all, then my phone, granted it's a dinosaur, started cutting off on it's on every minute or so. It cut off five times during the middle of just ONE conversation! I was soooo ticked. Then, on top of that, my ACC tourney brackets got shot to crap on the first day! Let's hope tomorrow is better, and it better be for the sake of me winning the bracket pool at the high school! Nothing like taking our coaches money!

Out for tonight, but I'll check in tomorrow.

Aloha :toast:

Hello CW! :grouphug:

Garrett - wow, what wrong with all your gadgets? Any problems there with electric smog all of a sudden?

Have my daughter at home with me today again, her cough sounded strange last night as well as this morning, so no kindergarten for her. Want to repeat the swimming class next week, so want to keep her as healthy as possible until then since there are some nasty bugs going around right now, too. Got an appointment with the health authorities on Monday, every kid needs to undergo a test with them before being allowed to go to school. Normally they pay a visit to the kindergarten, but in this case, it seems this will happen in May when we're away, so I asked if I could have a seperate appointment. And since the lady said she'd be in the office Monday and has a few minutes for us, we'll be using this in our favor. I'll go pick up my international drivers licence then, too, since the office it's in the same building, and go get a pink hair streak for Rina and a much-needed haircut around the corner at the hairdresser's. Nice to be able to kill a few birds with one stone! :yay:
Had a lot of help sweeping the sidewalk and the street in front of our house, the little one did a good job with her broom, pretty new for her to want to help me do this particular chore. But now she's bored, so I think I'll better try to find something to do for her. Have a good day and a great start into the weekend! Take care!
